Entry and clearance of Military Vessels and Aircrafts and Marine Scientific Research
The National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) wishes to advise everyone that as per the National Security Act, all foreign military vessels and aircrafts, marine scientific research intending to enter Vanuatu’s sovereign waters and airspace must obtain prior clearance and approval by the National Security Council (NSC).
