Theme: " NSCS Farewells Former DCPOPS Mr. Willie Ben Kalo"
The National Security Council Secretariat formally farewells and acknowledges the dedicated service of Mr. Willie Ben Kalo, former Deputy Commissioner of Police Operations and member of the SSOCM following his retirement from the Vanuatu Police Force.
The Chairman and members of the SSOCM expressed their sincere appreciation to Mr. Kalo for his longstanding service, professionalism, leadership, and valuable contribution to the national security sector. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Kalo demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting national security priorities and strengthening cooperation, coordination, and information-sharing among the country’s security agencies.
As a member of the SSOCM, Mr. Kalo made a valuable contribution to the Committee’s work and to the effective coordination of national security matters. His experience, professional insight, and constructive engagement have supported the work of the NSCS and contributed to strengthening the broader national security framework.
On behalf of the SSOCM and the NSCS, the Chairman conveyed his sincere gratitude to Mr. Kalo for his dedicated service, leadership, and commitment to the national security of Vanuatu.
